Changes, Cancelations and Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing BabyBest for your baby's nappy and formula needs! When you place an order on our website or interact with our customer support team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Order Changes Policy: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes (including changes to the delivery address and card message) if they are requested at least 24 hours before the order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation Policy: You can normally cancel an order up to 24 hours before the intended shipment/delivery date. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
Returns and Complaints: At BabyBest, we strive to provide not only high-quality products but also an exceptional customer experience. However, if we send you the wrong item or you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately by WhatsApp or Email or inform the delivery driver. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it in. If a return is accepted by BabyBest due to an apparent defect or non-conformity of the product, you can choose to receive a free replacement or a credit voucher, but no other compensation, damages, or interest will be provided.
Coupons/Gift Cards: We only allow one coupon or gift card to be used per order. The coupon discount will be applied to the product cost and not the delivery charges.
